After spending thousands of dollars in leak repair on his outdated flat roof, Mr. Alexopoulos decided it was time to find a new and better roofing solution. He contacted Strictly Metal Roofing and we were able to add framing over the top of his old leaky flat roof and install a standing seam roofing system.

The existing flat roof.
Framing over the top of your existing flat roof will add enough slope for us to install a standing seam roof system. This is by far the most effective and cost efficient solution to upgrading your old leaky flat roof.
Purchasing the coils direct, and having the Roll-Former machine on site to manufacture the panels cuts the cost of packaging and shipping. This saves both time and money, and allows us to pass the savings on to you!
The Roll-Former machine allows us to custom fit standing seam panels to any length, eliminating the need for a panel overlap.
Mr. Alexopoulos was so impressed with how we fixed his old leaky flat roof by installing a new Standing Seam roof that he has plans for us to re-roof his other properties.
